TO BALANCE   "VATA" (THE AIR) 

In AYURVEDA, dairy products such as milk, cheese, yogurt, buttermilk etc., red meats, citrus fruits, eggs and red wine should be avoided, since these are known to disturb or depress the  "PITTA" (The Fire) and increase  "VATA".   

Dietary changes would be supplemented with the use of herbs and oils. For example, substances such as CASTOR OIL with GINGER TEA have a warming action, which strengthens   "PITTA” and calms disturbed   "VATA". 

A   "Sanskrit” Verse states: “THE LION OF CASTOR OIL ALONE CAN KILL THE MADDENED ELEPHANT OR   ‘VATA’ AS IT STAMPEDES THROUGH THE BODY".  

 How To Prepare GINGER TEA 

Take 1 cup of Water, add 1 teaspoon DRY GINGER POWDER and boil it down to 3/4 cup of water.   Let it calm down till lukewarm then add 2 teaspoons of CASTOR OIL and drink it.    This should be prepared every morning fresh.  

When you start drinking this Ginger Tea, first 2 or 3 days you will have runny bowel movements means loose motions, may be 1 or 2 times but this is a part of cleansing your system just like AYURVEDA’s well known “PanchaKarma”. So, don’t be afraid and gave up. Remember regularity makes all the difference. 

This is very good for Chronic Fatigue syndrome, Immune Enhancing, Gastro-Intestinal disorders, Constipation, Poor- Metabolism, Skin Disorders, Low Pressure, Poor Circulation, Tiredness, Stiff & Sore Muscles, Muscle Tension, Severe Muscle Contractions, Muscular Dystrophy, Cracking in Bone, induces overall well being, Heaviness of body, Sleeplessness (Insomnia), Convulsion (feel light Headed), Low back pain, Shoulder or Neck pain, Muscular or Joint pain, Chronic Sciatica pain, Chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Also good for any Mental disorders like Foggy Mind, Alzheimer’s Disease, Epilepsy, Attention  Deficiency Syndrome(ADS), Memory loss, Nervousness, Depression, Poor Eye Site, Facioplegia (Facial Paralysis), Double Vision, Whistling Sound in Ears, Chronic Headache, Migraine, Sinusitis, Allergic Rehnitis, Common Cold & Cough, Dyspepsia, Indigestion, Flatulence, Rheumatic Arthritis etc. 

Women Problems like Fibrositis, Cramps before period, & Dysmanorrhea (painful menstruation), Blocking of fallopian Tubes, etc.

Note: This “AGNI” is the imagination factor of Ayurveda to make you understand that how important is to digest food properly, eats properly according to your body type. If your metabolism is fine, then you are fine for sure. Most of the people are imbalanced of VATA (the air). Other thing is that if you can't do this therapy of GINGER TEA in the morning time then do it evening time or any other time, cause may be you will need to go to the washroom 2-3 times after this therapy.
