THINGS TO KNOW

1. GROUP INSURANCE QUESTIONER:
• Coverage: Acupuncture and / or Holistic medicine, Orthotics Footwear and Insoles?
• How much per year?
• How much per session?
• Is it a calendar year?
• Doctor’s note required?
• Do you have health care spending account (ask for definition)?

 PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE ARE NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR BILL WILL PASS THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER BECAUSE ALL COMPANIES HAVE THEIR DIFFERENT APPROACH TO THE PLANS THEY PROVIDE. 

2. Initial consultation is only valid for 5 weeks.
3. We may record your calls to improve services and security. We may not reply to “Private Call” or “Unknown Call”.
4. You will be agreed for all future credit card charges.
5. Please inform us if you are / will taking any other medication, therapies or treatments.
6. We ask for parent’s permission for 14 and under clients.
7. No return or refund on prescribed herbs.
8. Family discount is available (some conditions apply)
9. GST Excluded
10. Cancellation prior to 24 hours of your booking time, otherwise up to 50% of total amount will be charged
11. Duration of therapies, price and therapies may vary for individual clients, according to the body type, physical condition, and due to recent health problem(s). Price is subject to change without any prior notice.
12. You will be totally responsible for your belongings.
13. We regularly organize seminars / workshops / conferences / short courses; you can pre-book yourself with us for any upcoming events. We may add your email address for Monthly Newsletter(s) circulation.

 Requirements for some SERVICES:

 - Prior to any services / packages, Ayurvedic Consultation require

- You must discuss concern of your comfort level before and during therapies (let us know your comfort zone)

- Hat or Cap or something to cover your head after few therapies done

- You can bring your own Towel, Night robe, and extra pair of undergarments

- No jewelry, no make-up, no perfumes

- Light meals before & after therapies according to your body type
